Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation (also, the
"Regulation"), we inform you that, in order to contact you and follow up your request to receive information and possibly make an appointment at the agency, we will process certain personal data (personal and contact details) relating to you (also, the "Your data"). The legal basis for the processing is the need to implement pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

The data controller is Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. (www.unipol.it), with registered office in Bologna, Via Stalingrado 45 - 40128 (also, the "Owner").
The provision of your data is necessary for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purpose; if you do not provide your data, we will not be able to process your request for information.
Your data will be processed using logics and methods, including computerised methods, consistent with the stated purpose and subject to the adoption of appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data.
Your data will only be accessible to instructed and authorised personnel to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the tasks for which they are responsible.
After submitting your request, we will contact you (through one of our agents or a dedicated operator), who will provide you with the requested information.
Your data will not be subject to dissemination, but may be disclosed to external parties to whom we entrust the performance of activities on our behalf (such as, for example, contact centre service providers) and who are designated as data processors, or to parties who will process them as autonomous data controllers, always on the basis of agreements governing the processing of personal data.
Your data will be retained until you are contacted and, unless you express your wish to proceed with the conclusion of a policy and/or the purchase of one of our products and/or services (in such cases, your data will be processed and retained for the duration of the relevant contract and for related administrative and accounting purposes, of which you will be informed in the appropriate place), your data will then be processed for the sole purpose of sending you the aforementioned communication; after which, it will be deleted.
Your opinion on the degree of satisfaction with the information and assistance service will be kept in aggregate and anonymous form.

The privacy legislation (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) grants you the right to access your data at any time, to request their rectification and/or integration, if inaccurate or incomplete, their deletion, if unlawfully processed, and the portability of the data you have provided to us, if they are processed automatically for the contractual services requested, within the limits of the Regulation (Article 20). The Data Protection Act also gives you the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data, if the conditions are met, and to object to the processing for reasons related to your particular situation.

Your right to appeal to the Privacy Guarantor, also by filing a complaint, where deemed necessary for the protection of your personal data and your rights in this matter, remains unaffected.
